At A.L.X, we want you to feel completely confident before purchasing a preloved designer piece. That's why we're committed to being fully transparent about the condition of every item in our collection.
Please keep in mind that vintage items naturally carry signs of previous use, this is part of what makes them vintage. Minor traces of wear are completely normal and are considered part of the charm and character of a preloved piece. That said, we always make sure to clearly describe and show the condition of every item so you know exactly what you're getting.
Every item is categorized in one of the following condition levels, clearly listed in each porduct description:
LIKE NEW
The item is in exceptional condition, either brand new or in new condition without tag.
EXCELLENT
The item has been gently used and exhibits minimal to no signs of wear.
VERY GOOD
The item has some signs of previous wear but remains in very good overall condition.
GOOD
The item has noticeable signs of wear or even small damages, which we describe and show on the images.
WORN WITH LOVE
The item shows signs of its previous life and has imperfections. The item is in a fair condition.
