Shipping & Delivery

We hope you love your A.L.X delivery, that's why we made shipping as easy as possible and is every order placed at A.L.X shipped for free, worldwide. All shipments are fully tracked, insured and registered via PostNL. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday during business hours. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Order tracking

We track every order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way, from our hands to your via the conturs.

How we proceed your order

Once you place an order on alx-vdb.com, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will then process your order within one business day or so and hand it over to PostNL for delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.


My shipping address is wrong

Made a mistake on your order? No worries, as long as your order has not yet been packed, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@alx-vdb.com and we will take care of it right away.


If your package goes missing

If your package is not delivered, we will immediately open an investigation with PostNL. Please note that this process is handled independently by bpost and can take several weeks. Once the investigation is completed and the package is confirmed lost, we will refund the full purchase amount because the shipment was sent with insurance.

We will do everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

You will receive an order confirmation email after every purchase.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified before the order is shipped, this may cause delays we cannot be held responsible for.
