• To request a return, please email us at hello@alx-vdb.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We offer a 14-day return policy. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a return.

• We only accept returns if the item has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original packaging.

• The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The shipment needs to be fully insured and tracked.

• Items sourced especially for you cannot be returned.

• If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at hello@alx-vdb.com and we will make it right.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we have received and inspected the return.

• If your order included a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount actually paid.
