All items sold by A.L.X are pre-owned vintage designer pieces. Each item is carefully selected and thoroughly checked before being listed on our website. We do our best to describe and photograph every item as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear or imperfections. Please read all product descriptions and study the images carefully before placing your order.
All items are one of a kind. Once sold, they are no longer available.

A.L.X guarantees the authenticity of every item we sell. Each piece is verified before being listed on our website. If you have any questions about the authenticity of a specific item, feel free to contact us at hello@alx-vdb.com

All prices listed on our website are in euros and include Belgian VAT. A.L.X reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. A.L.X reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and any payment made will be fully refunded.

We accept all major payment methods as listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. A.L.X does not store any payment details.

All orders are shipped worldwide for free via PsotNL, fully tracked and insured. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday during business hours. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. A.L.X is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@alx-vdb.com with your order number. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. A.L.X offers a personal sourcing service for vintage designer bags not currently listed on our website. Please note that sourced items cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed.
